My Background
I have over 25 years of experience in counseling. I have worked many years with adolescents and their families as well as adults. I am a Veteran and served for 8 years and I also have a background in real estate. I believe in serving others, and that by doing this we can change ourselves and the world for the better.

I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. By identifying and working towards their goals, my clients are able to unlock their full potential and create a life they love. I will help facilitate your growth with my 25+ years of experience in counseling. I enjoy working with others as they create new ways of thinking, feeling, behaving and living.
My Services
I utilize many therapeutic techniques to assist clients in changing. I approach each individual with compassion and connection and together we develop a plan for change. I am also a licensed supervisor for LPC Associates. I am trained in EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and have many years working in an educational setting. I am currently accepting new clients for individual counseling.
